Our servers are located outside Indonesia. Your personal data, including payment history and betting records, may be stored in data centres across the Southeast Asian region. We maintain the same encryption and security standards regardless of server location. If local regulations require data residency (data stored within Indonesia), we will comply with those requirements. You may request details about specific server locations by contacting our support team.
Your rights and data retention on sultancuan
You have the right to request a copy of all personal data we hold about you. Contact our support team with your request, and we will provide your data within 14 days. You may request that we correct inaccurate data or delete your account and associated data. If you request account deletion, we will remove your personal information after any applicable retention period expires. Retention periods are set by local regulations—for Liga 1 betting records, Piala Indonesia transaction data, or Piala AFF account information, we typically retain data for three years after account closure.

Our security practices and contact
