Our deposit and withdrawal process

All withdrawn funds must come from your own account balance—we do not permit third-party withdrawals. If you breach our terms while claiming a bonus, we reserve the right to cancel the bonus and forfeit any associated winnings. Bonuses are not guaranteed and may be withdrawn or modified without notice.

Our liability and dispute resolution

sultancuan provides sportsbook and casino services "as is." We do not guarantee that our platform will be error-free or uninterrupted. We are not liable for losses arising from technical faults, internet outages, or third-party payment-network failures. If a dispute arises between you and sultancuan, we will investigate and attempt to resolve it through our customer support team. Disputes must be reported within 30 days of the event. Our maximum liability is limited to your account balance at the time of the dispute. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. If we determine that you have breached these terms—including using sultancuan from an unsupported jurisdiction—we may suspend your account and forfeit your balance. Account holders who violate these terms waive their right to dispute resolution.

Our data protection and privacy

Your personal information is stored securely and is never shared with third parties except as required by law or to process your payment. We retain your data for as long as your account is active and for the retention periods required by local regulations. We may update these terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon publication. Continued use of sultancuan after a terms update constitutes acceptance. If you do not agree with our updated terms, you may request account closure. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate sultancuan services in supported jurisdictions without notice.
